Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and includes one active event, tasks and checklists, a calendar, the event health score, basic RSVP management, and file storage. Paid plans start at 1,999 rupees per month for more events, team members, and integrations.

Ticketing platforms get attendees registered and paid, and generic project tools track tasks without understanding events. Yes. Events, task deadlines, and vendor payment dates sync to Google Calendar through a one-time subscription link. An event's files and summary can be exported to a Google Drive folder, and you can email clients from your own Gmail so replies come back to you.

The event health score is a single live score from 0 to 100 that combines five signals: budget utilisation, RSVP responses, open issues, pending approvals, and overdue tasks. It tells a planner at a glance whether an event is healthy, needs attention, or is at risk.
